PromptDojo for teams

Give every role a practical way to work with AI.

Build AI skills across your organization through courses matched to people’s jobs. Start with a group of 8–12, give them time to practice, and use what they learn to guide the next rollout.

Turn an introduction to AI into skills people can use.

A presentation can show people what’s possible. Practice helps them decide what to ask, spot an unreliable answer, and improve the result. PromptDojo organizes that practice around the work each role does.

Start with a clear job to improve.

Choose a group that shares a role and can apply what they learn. Agree on the work you want training to support and set aside time for lessons and review.

Choose a focused starting point

A marketing group, an operations team, or an HR team gives you a clear place to begin. Pick work that the group understands well enough to evaluate.

Plan for the other roles

Your wider team may need several courses. Begin with one role, then extend the training as you learn what support and practice time people need.

Match the course to the person’s responsibilities.

Choose from ten role courses. Each brings together foundations, practical exercises, and ways to check the work.

CourseWhat people practice
DeveloperRead and debug code generated by AI, build agent features, and check changes before release.
MarketingTurn campaign briefs into source-backed content, tested creative assets, and checked reports before your team uses them.
Graphic DesignerCreate assets from a brief and brand kit. Check consistency and prepare the work for handoff.
Customer SupportDraft support replies, route tickets, and check when a case needs a person to take over.
CopywriterDraft copy in your brand’s voice, check factual claims, and prepare versions for editorial review.
Data AnalystClean source data, build repeatable analyses, and trace findings back to the evidence.
Project ManagerWrite clear briefs, coordinate work done with AI, and check results against the project’s requirements.
HRPrepare drafts for HR work, check the supporting information, and keep sensitive decisions under human review.
OperationsMap recurring processes, build automations, and check the exceptions that need a person’s attention.
LawyerReview documents, verify citations, and prepare work produced with AI for legal review.

Review what people can do with what they’ve learned.

Ask learners to explain their approach, demonstrate the result, and identify what still needs human review. Use that work to discuss where AI can help and where more practice is needed.
